How do I disable SIP ALG for my VoIP service?

ANSWER:

1. Open a browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari).
2. Type 192.168.0.1 in the address bar.
3. Log in using username admin, and password motorola, all lower case.
4. Click on Advanced in the top right hand corner.
5. Go to Advanced Router, then click on Options.
6. Uncheck the SIP checkbox in the lower portion of the page, under the section entitled NAT ALG Status.
7. Click the Save button for the NAT ALG Status
