The Settings tab on the motosync App provides mobile users with the ability to customize various aspects of their app experience. To access your settings, tap on the gear icon on the bottom of the screen of the motosync App.

Notifications
The first setting that can be customized is the notifications received. You can decide the types of notifications that will be pushed to your mobile device. When a notification has a green toggle to the right of it, this notification is enabled. To disable a notification, tap in the toggle and it will turn gray. When you are finished making adjustments, tap on the arrow in the upper left-hand corner to return the Settings menu.

Web filters
You may see a toggle allowing you to enable or disable web filters. By default, this toggle will be enabled and appear green. If you would prefer to not have web filtering settings, you can disable able this feature by tapping the toggle to change it to gray. This will remove the option to set filters in the profiles. If any filters were previously set on the profiles, the filters will be removed once this toggle is disabled.
Users
More than one user can have access to the motosync App for the same network. Taping on the Users button will display a list of all the users who have access to this network using the motosync App. If there are any users who wish to gain access to the app, you will also have the ability to approve or reject their request.

Add Satellite
If you decide to add a satellite after the initial setup of your home network, the option to add a satellite will be available in the settings section of the motosync app.

Switch your LAN
It is possible to have access to multiple networks (or LANs). To change the view from one network to another network, tap on the Switch your LAN button. A list of LANs that you have access to will appear. Tap the network you would like to view. The blue square will be displayed next to the selected LAN. Tap on the X in the corner to close the pop-up. The app will quickly refresh and redirect you to the Network tab of the selected LAN. To return to the previous, follow this process again and select the preferred LAN to view.

Forget all devices
If you would like your motosync-enabled router to "forget," or no longer store the data collected from the devices connected to your network, you can tap on the Forget all devices button from the Settings page. This will not disconnect the devices from your network. Instead, it will cause the router to delete the histories and associated information for the devices that are connected to the network. As the devices come online or connect to the internet next, new records will be created for each device.
When devices are "forgotten," the total number of devices connected will decrease. You can see a representation of that by going to the Network page of the app. If you decided to forget all devices, then the number will reduce to zero. The number of connected devices will increase as these devices connect to the internet.
