The reset button is located on the bottom of the Q14 rear panel on the back of the device. To reset the device to factory defaults, you’ll need a small object such as a paper clip.
Make sure the device is plugged in and powered on, then push and hold the reset button using a paperclip or other small object until the front light rapidly blinks blue. This will take approximately 10 seconds. The device will reboot and should now be reset to factory defaults.
