The reset button is located on the bottom of the B12 device. To reset the device to factory defaults, you’ll need a small object such as a paper clip.
Make sure the device is plugged in and powered on, then push and hold the reset button using a paperclip or other small object until the front light rapidly blinks teal. This will take approximately 20-30 seconds. The device will reboot and should now be reset to factory defaults.
