- Having issues with something in the app, or just want to let us know how we are doing? You’re in luck - we’ve just launched a feedback feature!
- To give us some feedback at any time, just navigate to Support and tap Provide Feedback - your comments will help develop the future of the Motosync app!
- Wish you could remove devices from your network? Great news - single and multiple device removal functionality has now been implemented!
- For single devices, simply navigate to your device’s settings:
- For multiple devices, navigate to your networks, then scroll down to reset - from here, you can select however many devices you’d like to delete:

- We’ve redesigned your experience around unique devices. This icon serves as a placeholder for the millions of unique IoT and home devices that don’t have widespread icons yet!
Looking for Motosync Updates in the app? Great news - you can now access Motosync Updates from your account tab, under “App information”!
Bug Fixes
- Credential status repaired to ensure credentials are accurately updated and displayed in accordance with the network broadcasting status

What’s new?
- We’ve added some new features around the app to help streamline management of networks, unify the onboarding flow and add new functionality for managing multiple networks at once.
- Network Switcher: this is a consolidated view of all networks associated with your account
- Add a Device: this is a unified method for creating a new network or adding a new device to an existing network
Improvements
- You’ll see some changes in your account and networks settings - we’ve made some design choices to help improve clarity and streamline utility for you!
- Network settings and Profiles are now accessible from the Overview screen of a specific network.
- You will now be able to access the Timeline feature through Network settings
- This streamlines access to settings making it more intuitive for you to manage your network.
- Account settings are now available through the updated bottom tab bar option
