Quickly Troubleshooting Your Modem or Gateway
If you find that you're suddenly having internet or Wifi issues at your home, the quickest way to get an idea of what might be happening is to view the Status Lights at the front of your Modem or Gateway. (A Gateway is a Modem with a built-in Wifi Router.)
If you determine that all of the status lights are normal, but your internet is still not connecting, please contact us directly.
